“Definitely requires a return trip!”
Reviewed February 5, 2013

Stunning, remarkable, breathtaking. Can't find the right one word to describe the Waterfall Way. Wollomombi waterfall, Chandler's Falls, Ebor Falls, Dangar Falls, Gara Falls, and all the gorges and national parks, this place is a gem and is a must to visit. Not to mention Dorrigo National Park, and if you go from the south of Oxley Wild Rivers National Park, don't forget to visit the Apsley Falls. We did a 3-day trip, arriving in Tamworth and leaving from Armidale, and in this short visit we saw 5 waterfalls, 3 national parks and 4 gorges. It was the most marvellous short trip we have had so far! We definitely would go back!

“Don't miss this drive”
Reviewed December 18, 2012

This is a must see adventure but can't be adequately completed in one day! We spent more than a week on this road, staying in the little towns a long the way. Short to long hikes, whatever you chose. A good look at the real Australia, a good way to meet the nice folks along the way

Comfort, Cleanliness, Solitude Just the right ambience. All that is needed. A comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom facilites, pleasant rural outlook in a great garden setting. A most sumptious breakfast. All one requires following a long drive and busy day.

“Best morning walk”
Reviewed October 29, 2012

There's hundreds of short and long, strenuous and easy walks from Coffs to Armidale, all unique! If you don't like walking just drive slow and take in rolling green meadows, little rivers, and aussie wildlife and birds all around... absolutely stunning! Make sure you get to Point Lookout for sunrise!!
