“Quality Meal and good atmosphere”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2013

We had lunch at the The Bended Elbow. They advertise as a British Style Pub but the beer was chilled and a good selection. The meal was good quality and were good size portions. Service is no different to a good pub and the pub was clean and nice deco. If you driving park in the Meyer shopping centre car park and walk through the shopping centre to the pub.

“Friendly staff and good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

Nothing flash - just a pub bistro, but it was made very pleasant by the friendly staff and reasonably priced and tasty food. The new rooftop bar was nice (and noisy!) on a warm evening.

“Solid Meal, Staff were Helpful”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 25, 2013

The decor is great and its welcoming, although enclosed and dark it hass a real brit feel to it, with a rooftop garden as an delightful option for fresh air and sunlight. Planted out and green it has fans and the cooling mister to cool you down in the harsh albury sun. The rooftop is also a venue which hosts live bands, and the duo on Sunday evening were good entertainmednt. We ate Salmon and Steak, all cooked to perfection and generous portions, the only trouble was that the rooftop terrace is also the smoking section so we had to choke through fumes whilst digesting our meals. So as pleasant as that was its probably best to stay inside and downstairs if you prefer to breathe air with your meal. Wine selection could be better, with a few higher quality wines to extend the list

“NOT UP TO UK STANDARDS”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 13, 2013

Visited this establishment a couple of times when out shopping in Albury, can't say I was overly impressed; very dark and dingy interior, food extremely average, staff?, well, they took order, served and ...... that was it, no friendly chat or helpfulness in choosing meal/drinks. Wouldn't visit again, but then, wouldn't visit Albury again ...... city status with small town amenities (shops/pubs/leisure etc.)

“Fair selection of Beers”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 7, 2013

Would have like a better selection of craft beers but they had a reasonable selection. The Restaurant does close fairly early although we were there on a quiet night.
