“Yet another satisfying Indian restaurant”
Reviewed September 30, 2013

You can't go wrong with Indian cuisine served by Indians. They're lovely people. They're passionate about what they do. The food is full of flavour. They have an online menu so you can waste time at home making the hard decisions before you order online/call up/go in to order. Excellent!

“We have a new favorite restaurant in Albury!”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

It is obvious that an interior designer has worked hard here. This place is stunning. My other half and I chose the $23 buffet and got to try so many different things, I lost count but the selection is huge and authentic. I've asked an Indian workmate to try it and confirm, but my guess is that the spices are prepared on site and that this is very traditional cuisine. If you want mild, the butter chicken melts in your mouth. If you want hot, man, you can have hot! I snuck seconds, and then thirds, of the gulab jamun, a beautiful Indian dessert. This was the best Indian we have ever had and three courses for two people didn't even cost $50 in a setting that is all class and style.

“Ambience, service and delicious food.”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

We walked into Pinch of Spice without a reservation after seeing a movie, only 40 minutes before service finished. We were warmly welcomed without a hint of that all too common sense that the staff would rather be packing up for the night. Although it was too late for the buffet option, our group of 4 each ordered different dishes with accompaniments and wine, all of which were delicious, satisfying and very reasonably priced. The restaurant has a casual luxury to it, with a stunning chandelier in the reception, a mural covering one wall and luxurious purples and a hint of gold in the decor. The service was impeccable including general hospitality and recommendations and advice on food and wine choices. I look forward to returning.

“Very tasty food nice set up”
Reviewed December 29, 2012

Staying in Albury for a week we went to Pinch of Spice for dinner then returned a couple of days later because we enjoyed the food so much. Seems to be a fairly new restaurant, great flavour in the food. Fairly traditional selection of dishes though certainly better than the average on the favourites like butter chicken etc. Cost was ok. Located next to the cinema on Dean Street.
