Description: We might be the smallest of the six Beechworth Bakeries but we more than hold our own when it comes to looking after you. We often hear from our customers that our staff have the biggest smiles, and the loveliest way to make everyone feel at home. As we are situated in the Myer Centrepoint complex, we are surrounded by over 60 specialty stores, including Myer and Safeway, yet our bakery is like a wonderful quiet retreat when you need a break from all the shopping. So, for the best coffee, the warmest welcome and the nicest spot to relax, call in to the Beechworth Bakery Albury. We'd love to see you."

I used to go to the Bakery many years ago when in town visiting friends. Have been back a couple of times recently. Not keen on it, everything is mass production these days. Just for the tourists.

What can I say, The Beechworth Bakery and Tom O'Toole, this place is an icon in Beechworth and people come far and wide to have a coffee and cake or whatever when they are in town, this place is amazing and certainly one of themust do things at Beechworth right in the centre of town and a great starting point to kick off your exploration of Beechworth and its wonderful sites

A bit pokey admittedly! But friendly and cheap enough regardless.

Limited selection though so perhaps my skip it next time.

This kiosk style bakery is much smaller than it's country cousins in Beechworth, Echuca, and Ballarat. It does not have the selection of baked goods perhaps because of the smaller premises or that it may not have it's own bake house.
That aside we still got something nice from our 'new favourite' bakery.

The service here although super friendly, focused more on patron rapport rather than listening to our requests. Simply put, we got the wrong coffee choice (it was tepid too) and the wrong type of bread for my sandwich made at the end of the lunch period. There was a brisk takeaway trade for the many workers and shoppers in the centre so our order probably got mixed up.

With many eating choices available in this city, perhaps we may try those and keep our visits to their ‘country cousins’ bakeries.

Enjoy your experience!
