This a gorgeous place with accommodating and pleasant service.
The suite was spacious and very very comfortable.
The highlight was the therapeutic spa situated in the garden area- secluded, modern and a giant step from The Tudor ambiance of the house. Withh lush surrounds and privacy, was definitely worth the stay by itself.
The meal provided on request ($60.00 per head) was disappointing. Overlooked lamb roast, which could have been from any pub.
Breakfast was good- requesting what you want worked well.
The amusing sign above the bed requesting that no massage oil or body lotions appears ironic as it is toted as a honeymoon and special occasion destination .
Overall a lovely place- just don't eat there.

Room Tip: Use the spa!!

Elizabeth's Manor is right in the middle of a suburban area but is the most amazing place to stay. We were greeted by our hosts, Betty and Larry and had a lovely chat over a cup of tea before we were shown our room. There are two guest rooms upstairs and a huge guest lounge and dining area, all superbly decorated in an English Tudor theme. The bedroom itself was huge and had a full bathroom and a dressing room, all spotlessly clean and pristine. More amazing was the extra attention to the comfort of the guests. Betty and Larry had provided many extras, including a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, port as well as additions such as writing paper and envelopes, a knife and chopping board, just to mention a few. The lounge was also well equipped with a huge choice of books, magazines and films. We chose to have breakfast in the dining area (there is also a table in the bedroom) on a beautiful red gum table and it was delicious, perfectly cooked and well presented. Before we left, Betty and Larry showed us around the backyard of their property which is also available for guests. It has several sitting areas and a large spa, all beautifully maintained. There is also a self -contained unit which would suit a young family.
Many, many thanks to Larry and Betty for our truly enjoyable stay. They are just so lovely!

Room Tip: Pretty sure both B&B rooms would be of equally high standard.

This lovely little b&b is perfect for those who just want to get out of the city and unwind. Wonderful service from the owners (it felt like I was staying with my great aunt, very homely) with a great breakfast and an interesting place to stay with the Tudor theme. Perfectly clean and loved the extra champagne and chocies waiting for us in the fridge. The room and ensuite were huge and we loved the 'gallery' were we attempted to play chess. Only 8 people can stay here at a time and would recommend to anyone who wanted to go away with another couple.
