This B and B was just what we needed: very comfortable lodging with kitchenette and breakfast supplies provided, warm and especially helpful hosts, and a great place to stay before and after hiking the Milford Track. The hosts Chris and Helen went out of their way to assist us. Helen drove us to the bus for our Milford track hike, and we were able to leave our rental car and luggage at the B and B while on our 4 day hike. It was a great comfort knowing that when we ended our hike tired and sore, we would have such a pleasant and restful home away from home upon our return.

Had an amazing stay at Antler Lodge, so amazing we got engaged!

Excellent large and clean room and welcoming hosts, who arranged a trip for us to Milford Sound.

Great recommendations for restaurants etc.

Would love to return one day....

There are 3 rooms at Antler Lodge. Me and my husband stayed at unit number 1, wich had a fully equiped kitchen, a comfortable and warm bed and very good chairs to have our meals. The room was incredibly clean and warm, including bathroom, wich had great heating system too and very good shower. Good breakfast is left inside the room the day before. The host Helen is also very friendly, making the lodge even more cozy.

We found Antler Lodge to be spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We stayed in one of the self contained units, which gave us the privacy that you don't always have in a B & B. We were able to cook an evening meal, and make our own breakfast from the generous provisions supplied. Laundry facilities were on hand, and anything else we needed.
Helen was a caring and helpful host and gave excellent advice about Milford Sound cruises etc. We would highly recommend Antler Lodge.

I was a little hesitant as I had no specific recommendations for this place, but it turned out fine.

Hosts are very friendly and go out of their way to help guests with pick up/drop off, early check in, late check out, laundry, etc.

I stayed in one of two units in a purpose built structure in backyard in residential neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable bed, small kitchen, bath with shower just defined by curtain. A little hot in the afternoon from sun, so hosts off to find a fan.

Quiet location, about 10 minutes walk to main street or lake.
