We stayed here in January 2016. From the moment we stepped into "our home" we felt like we were home. Beautiful place to stay, the views from the lounge and deck are amazing. House is a little outdated and needs just a tad of work, but nothing that is concerning.
Unfortunately when we stayed the BBQ had been broken and wasn't working but we coped lol.
They have a policy of leave what you brought if you can, so the pantry is pretty well stocked with spices, spreads etc. It is great to see people do stick by this, so before you do shopping have a look at what is there 1st. Obviously if you use the last of it you replace it.
You are like 5 mins at the most away from central Queenstown, A short walk but very hilly on the way back, pretty much all up hill
Peaceful and quiet at night time you wouldn't think you were so close to town as you can't hear anything from the town.
You have pretty much everything you need while you are there, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, etc there are plenty of them.
There is a pool table downstairs, the rooms are nice and plenty of room.
Booking is easy and if you manage to get Hannah from reservations you are in very good hands. Very pleasant to deal with, extremely helpful and lovely.
We loved staying here so much we are already booked in to head back next year.
You won't be disappointed staying here.
