I don't understand why big brand resorts like Oaks can't get the basic things like house keeping sorted. Our apartment was dirty when we arrived and it didn't improve while we were there, except for the windows we cleaned ourselves etc.Broken glass on the floor before we arrived that was still there when we left 10 days later. Sub standard at best.

Rooms were fine and met our needs. Just there are no set parking spaces and nil alternate options if all parking spaces are taken. We came back late one night to find no free parking spaces inn the parking area and was told to park outside on the check in waiting area or street until morning! Was very reluctant to travel out by car after this
Where should I start, first they tried to place us in a room RIGHT BESIDE the construction of the new hotel. Where the constant construction noise was sure to drive anyone insane... then the house keeping debacles where they NEVER lived up to their promise of servicing our room whilst we were out for the day, and constantly had to disturb us whilst we were resting in the evening. ( FYI we were out from 10 to 5 everyday we stayed there) . To top it all off, we requested for a kettle in our room, as it was missing one the day we arrived, it took them over a day to locate one, and deliver it.... will not be recommending to any friends and families nor returning ever again.
Beautiful views, very comfortable room, close to town centre. Gr8 location to walk around the lake. Staff friendly & efficient. Undercover car park. Room was very warm and cozy. Ensuite with both bedrooms, very clean & tidy overall.
We we booked a 2 bedroom unit with spa for our family trip for 1 week. At the time we were travelling, the units with spas were under renovation so we were provided an inflatable spa on our balcony. This was adequate, but not amazing in any way. The unit itself was nice, clean and modern and we loved the heated floor in the ensuite and the fire place which heated the entire space well. The kitchen was lacking basic cooking stuff which we found annoying, but a frypan was delivered when requested. Staff were nice, but at times their english was hard to understand. We would probably stay there again, but would also look around at other options as we wouldn't be 100% set on coming back to Oaks Club.
I would say nearly !! Excellent a small glitch in respect to fresh towels but quickly sorted lady at reception very friendly & helpful definitely stay again great views from the apartment, five minutes to the city
