Situation wise it’s fantastic with stunning views over the lake and surrounding mountains but the whole apartment was definitely in need of some serious (TLC) tender loving care!!
The bathroom tiles on the floor weren’t just cracked they were shattered, there were tapped over holes in the wall and a door sil that the paint was stripping off of. The bathroom grout was all pink from mild and not being cleaned properly and the toilet wall flush fell out the wall all the time not to mention the broken loo seat!
This place was not that cheap either and not what I’d expected for this price range by any means.
Also there was no aircon or heating and what they did have didn’t work very well and the apartment was freezing when we arrived.
Altogether a big disappointment that I won’t be returning to in a hurry shame as the pictures look good.

poor quality accommodation across all areas / departmental. Smudge finger marks on glass windows/wall. Dirty carpets, irregularity of housekeeping. Takes long time to have call to Reception be answered.
