The booked Prime for our Christmas Day lunch and weren't disappointed.
The staff were good as was the food. We got a table for two with wonderful views of the bay.
The entree was Turkey Terrine with Cranberry Coulis and for main we both enjoyed the Ora King Salmon with Beetroot Couscous and Balsamic Glaze. The salmon was perfect with salted crispy skin and the Couscous was simple yet yummy.
Desert was a Spiced Apple Filo-ette with Vanilla Anglaise and fresh Berries.
We purchased a bottle of Amisfield Sauvignon Blanc to enjoy with our meal.
