Stopped here midday on a Wine Tour and couldn't decide what to order from the inspired selection. All 5 of us chose something different and we were all delighted with our selections. I had a fabulous Wild Hare with a slightly sweet grain on the side and figs and apple salad to complement the chili heat seasoning. Divine in my mouth and worthy of a glass of the finest Pinot Noir. Other choices included a Courgette and minted soup with cheeses and salad platter, Lamb chops, Vegetarian roulettes, a sharing tray of meats, cheeses, breads and accompaniments for a wine pairing. The setting outside was beautiful and unfussy with generous wooden tables and comfortable seating. I could have stayed there for hours! Don't miss the delicious cappuccino and hazelnut cookie.

The hero of our experience is the signature white chocolate cheesecake. We usually have a main only to justify dessert, but always get blown away by the creative and delicious meals created by Sue & Mark. The cheesery is another great option for a relaxing afternoon by the vines. Did I mention the Pinot noir truffles?!? Great food, service and ambience.

We went with our daughter to this winery restaurant which is conveniently situated by state highway 6 about 12 kms from Queenstown. We had a winetasting of 3 wines followed by a meal in the restaurant. The service was excellent with several very friendly and helpful staff who attended us. We had two of the platters which were absolutely excellent. The accompanying wines we had chosen were excellent. The surroundings are pleasant. Prices were reasonable. We definitely will be back again! To be recommended to anyone who likes good food and good wine.

We made an unscheduled stop here and did a wine tasting which was great. Their pinot gris is outstanding and I immediately joined their wine club.

We decided to stay for lunch and although we had no reservation the staff were great and found us a table for two.

Excellent lunch - and we are vegetarians which can sometimes be a problem (how many times we have been given a generic risotto) - and outstanding, friendly service.

Looking forward to receiving my first wines sent to me.
