My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are splended. The breakfast's were "spot on".The staff are very friendly and helpful. The owners John and Donna made you feel very welcome and joined the guests for drinks and canapes both nights we stayed. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the main street of Queenstown. We would certainly recommend this hotel to any one wishing to stay in Queenstown.

I was really impressed with the service we received while staying at the Queenstown Park hotel - the owners John and Donna were super friendly without being in any way overbearing, had spot on local knowlege and very useful advice during our trip and were super flexible and helpful when the weather went against our plans!

The hotel is also spot on for a boutique hotel, stunning but simple designs, and amazingly not too small (which is a common problem with boutique hotels) and the breakfast was top notch too!

thanks for making our holiday so relaxed - we will definitely recommend this hotel to more people!

We are family of four, stayed in the tower suite. Very spacious and beautiful fire for cold nights. Fit out is sleek very comfortable. Upon arrival we received second to none service. Very personal, and professional with the warmest greetings every time we step back into the hotel. Canapé and drinks in the evenings by the fire are fantastic and a great way to get to know the town and places to go the next day. Room cleaning every day is perfect, views to the mountains are strategically placed around the rooms. The ski bus pick up is only 100m away or so and 20mins to coronet peak. All in all the hotel is
exceptional in all levels and we look forward to coming again. We were lucky to have it snow on us everyday, sorry to go home to the heat! I love this place and I love queenstown, such a beautiful place with lovely people.

We booked the hotel based on previous tripadvisor ratings and we were not disappointed. We stayed for 10 nights in August in the Gondola Room as part of our honeymoon and all of the previous reviews are spot on. The service we received was the best we have ever experienced at a hotel, with special mention to John Donna & Flo who were always on hand to help us with any queries & offer advice on activities & restaurants in Queenstown! The room was great - really comfy large bed, beautiful linen and an amazing interior design! Only things that could have been improved is more wardrobe space, as we stayed for 10 nights, we found we ran out of space quickly. It would have also been lovely to have a bathtub but the bathrooms were still lovely. The location was also perfect - less than a 5 minute stroll into town but you are far enough away not to be in the city centre so you have some peace from the hustle & bustle. We had breakfast twice at the hotel and the food was excellent, although the standard of food in Queenstown was amazing - so would also recommend getting out there & trying somewhere new every day! We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Queenstown.

We booked this hotel through Air New Zealand holidays and weren't quite sure what to expect. Having previously stayed at the Sofitel down the road, we had quite high expectations. The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre. The rooms were lovely and very well appointed. We had arranged to upgrade mid way through our stay but there was really no need as even the basic rooms were lovely although they lack a bath which some may deem essential after a day on the slopes.

John & Donna were wonderful hosts and there are lots of nice touches one expects from a boutique hotel - for example, we thoroughly enjoyed having a glass of wine and canapes by the fire each evening. Breakfast was generally of a very high standard - we only had one meal that didn't meet expectations and it was rectified quickly and with minimal fuss. We'll definitely be booking this hotel for our next Queenstown trip.

Been here twice now, and it's just brilliant each time. Great location too with large fields either side having regular parachutists from the mountain flying in overhead. Staff are all so friendly (they even recognised us from a year ago!) and the place is trendy, modern, warm and funky all at once. Canapes each night included in the price, nice chance to chat with other travellers while enjoying a good local wine, a beer or juice and some very tasty nibbles as well. We chatted to people from the UK, USA, Germany etc and it's great getting ideas on restaurants (they have a book of up to date menus), things to do, how good the snow is and just general friendly chit chat before heading out to a good restaurant. Would never stay anywhere else in Queenstown.
