The staff really made our trip with consistently exceptional customer service over our 7 night stay. From organising a child-sitter to restaurant and ski-hire recommendations their willingness to ensure our stay was hassle free was their priority.
We were upgraded free of charge on arrival to a 'Remarkables' room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the park but with views of the Remarkables range. The room was very clean and extremely spacious even with the tow-away bed for our 4 year old son. The bathroom was the size of some hotel rooms and other facilities including small kitchenette and study space make the room more like a suite than a room.
Canapes and drinks (included in the room rate) were beautiful after a day in the ski fields and helped us to relax and unwind in front of the fire each night before dinner.
We will be back!

We stayed here for three nights after our wedding (mini-moon!). The room was modern and chic with a boutique flavour. It was light and airy and the bathroom even had a glass roof. The furnishings are of a high standard, even the mini-bar has the best Otago wines.

The customer service was probably the biggest highlight. Karen and her team were very welcoming and made sure we were looked after. They were honest with restaurant recommendations which we appreciated.

The only issue is that you are located quite close to town, so you may hear drunken groups pass by at early hours. This only happened once however.

We will definitely stay here again.

A great boutique hotel nestled behind the recreational ground, a pleasant 5 minute walk from the town centre. Modern and tidy rooms and staff who were only too happy to offer advice or assistance. Evening canopies and a high standard cooked breakfast were an excellent addition. No hesitation in recommending this renowned gem to future patrons.

This hotel is very nice, chic, roomy, but it is really the staff that takes it to the next level. Everyone there was not only nice, but willing to go out of their way to help you out. They, at one point, noticed that we were having an issue with the rental car company and went out on their own to research rates and other options for us!

We've just returned from a week at the Queenstown Park Hotel. We stayed in the Tower Suite as a couple with our 7 month old baby and grandma. The hotel is well located just a short stroll to the city centre in one direction and to the major supermarket in the other. Our suite was well appointed with a well equipped kitchen and large open lounge and dining area. The staff were fantastic, even before our stay Bonnie and Karen went above and beyond to assist us to make our stay comfortable, including arranging airport transfers with a baby seat and providing a baby bath, high chair and cot. Our only minor issue was the street noise and lights in the bedrooms.

The Hotel is beautiful in and out.
Very close to town but on the side so you have your peace and quiet. The staff are very helpful and happy and knowledgeable. We had pre-dinner drinks and canapés included in our package and they were yum on both nights. The breakfast menu is a la carte and flat $25, but it's all made from scratch and I must say my pancakes were superb and so was my partners "big breakfast", well worth it! The décor is modern and stylish, very plush and cosy. The photos is exactly what you get.
Will be staying there again on our next NZ visit!

Room Tip: if you need to find a bar, restuarnt or any place just ask the staff, they know the area very well...
