Our daughter stayed here with her husband two years ago and recommended this wonderful hotel to us. So glad we stayed here as the location is great and John,Donna and staff have such a good knowledge of Queenstown and were always available to make recommendations for restaurants and trips. Great rooms with gorgeous bathrooms too.

This hotel is excellent due to the quality of its staff and its rooms. Our large Remarkables room (named for their view towards the Remarkables mountain range) had all facilities required. The staff were helpfulness personified and the location - for us - was perfect: a five minute stroll to Queenstown's lively centre, the same to the nearby mountain chairlift anf far enough from both to ensure a silent night's sleep.
Whilst only breakfast (excellent) is available the ever helpful staff will advise and book your restaurant.

Dear John and Donna,

Many thanks for making our honeymoon stay one to remember! Your service, attention to detail, and local advice was amazing! We both loved every minute of our stay and especially loved the afternoon drinks and canapes!

We will definitely be back.

This is not a bed and breakfast nor is it your Four Seasons. This is a luxury 5 star boutique hotel, located steps (2 minute walk) from the heart of Queenstown. John and Donna's brilliance shows in the small details that make it such a memorable and comfortable stay. Enjoy the happy hour between 6 and 7 where you get to sample the homemade canapés and local wines of the region.
The rooms are modern and spacious. The lighting was strategically thought out, plenty of electrical outlets, the shower has a strong jet, the closet space is located on the side panel of the TV console.
Watch the para-gliders land right beside the hotel on the rugby field. John and Donna knows everyone by name and they take a special effort to cater to your every needs.
Definitely the hotel I will be staying at the next time I visit Queenstown.

There were no lake views from my room but the other amenities made up for that.

Great hotel. Flawless service. You look out over a Rugby field and teh location is central to everything in Queenstown. One block from car rentals and the public library. Everything is upscale. John and Donna look for opportunities to tailor the service to you. He brought us wine as we watched a local Rugby game from outside the hotel!
