Great location, easy to access Queenstown, spotlessly clean and good services. However, the lodge we stayed in was COLD. There were NO communal saucepans in the kitchen because they had all be stollen so to one had to rent saucepans at $3 per session with a $20 deposit. So don't forget to take your own if you stay in the Lodge. There was a small fan-heater in each bedroom but the communal areas were very cold and when we got in after a days skiing (when you wanted a warm house to unwind in) all the windows and doors of the lodge were left wide open to air the place. It was freezing. A small gas fire that was set on the lowest setting DID NOT warm the living room, and the TV was also set on to the lowest setting for sound, so it was difficult to hear! Apart from those minor hiccups. The accommodation was clean and tidy

Room Tip: Bring your own saucepans if you stay in the lodge !

Walking distance to thriving Queenstown centre, this campsite is ideal to stay. Facilities are clean and close to all sites. Outdoor pick nick tables provided.
It is only a small campsite but very compact and all you need.

Thank you for your kind comments. We are glad you enjoyed the facilities as our staff work hard to keep them nice and clean for our guests.
We hope you enjoyed your stay in Queenstown.

This park is well located, and facilities above average. We stayed here a couple of nights when snow hit the town and drainage was an issue in the park (something for the Dutch owners to work on). The beat kitchen facility is the one in back left of the park, else facilities clean and one of best top 10 resorts we stayed at.

We booked basically a 4 bedroom house which slept 5 , good kitchen and well priced at 300 per night in middle of ski season. Close to everything, bathroom was fine. Will return and recommend. Close to supermarkets

Stayed overnight in this accommodation on a non powered site.we came in a campervan.

The place was very close to the city, but due to its proximity, they must have ran out of space. It was quite hard maneuvering a campervan around a bunch of parked campers coz we got a bit lost in the small place due to the lack of proper signage and lights..

The facilities were clean and tidy but very dated. Much much different from the other top 10s weve been to. It was like staying at grandmas house where everything stayed in the 80s...

Small kitchen but had everything you need. The downside though is when everyone starts cooking, there's not much space even to dine.

Toilets and showers were clean but once again very dated. We were thankful for the fact that the water was hot and there was a hairdryer and kept clean.

Staff were okay. Though wierd that they didnt want us to borrow a vacuum for our vacuum pack for luggage even when my husband said that we will do it in front of them to ensure we dont do anything to damage their vacuum...outright no..like they didnt even care.

It was ok for an overnght stay though...

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.

Unfortunately due to the fact we have a centralized vacuum cleaner we couldn’t lend out one.
We explained he could use the centralized vacuum cleaner in the carwash. I am sorry if it came across as not being helpful.

Thank you for your review.
