Our stay in Queenstown couldn't be better. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. It had a well equipped kitchen, which was good as we both had dietary requirements and were able to easily make up our own food. We liked the location as we were able to walk out our front door right onto the lake. Certainly recommend staying here.

We rented a two bedroom apt. as my husband and I were traveling with my daughter and her husband. It worked out perfectly. Each of us a large comfortable bedroom with bath. The living and dining room overlooked Lake Wakatipu with the Remarkable Mts. in background. We ended up cooking in one night as we enjoyed the view so much (and a supermarket is right near the airport which is not far from Spinnaker Bay.

The location was great. It was easy to either walk or drive into town. The managers were very helpful with suggestions and giving directions. We had wished we had stayed more than two days here!

We had a relaxing stay at Spinnaker and the views and proximity to town were ideal in our spacious 3 bedroom apartment.

However this is a luxury apartment with a high tariff and therefore I need to provide some balanced feedback.

The washing machine was not working properly though Jude kindly ran our washing through her machine one day, still it should have been fixed promptly when we were there. The TV in the master bedroom did not go or there was no remote to make it go and my wife wanted to watch it from the bedroom one night while the kids ere watching other programmes. We flagged this early on but it was not remedied.The handle on the wood burner kept falling off and for 2 to 3 consecutive days a big truck and utes blocked easy access in and out of the complex. It meant as a guest that we felt we had to park elsewhere. The external tradespeople weren't particularly engaging or helpful on access when we approached.

I have made the point that if you say luxury it does means that in every sense of the word.

It could also do with a gym.

Would we go back, yes, probably.

The managers of the complex were very friendly.
