Our weekend in Queenstown was made so much better by staying at this wonderful boutique hotel. Louise's attention to detail, service and friendliness is second to none. She pulled out all stops and went over and above to ensure our stay was what we expected and more. Highly recommend to all.

This was such a great experience. The rooms were perfectly made up, very comfy beds and new ensuite bathrooms. Our host was exceptional, and we were able to meet the other guests during the evening drinks sitting on the deck over looking the spectacular view of the lake.
There was a buffet breakfast as well as a fantastic cooked menu to choose from. We felt very welcome during our stay and would recommended this place to everyone!

I have been travelling in nz for few months now and stayed in different hotel-boutique. And this by far one of my favorite. Had amazing view of the Lake from my room and from the living room. Only 5 minutes walk from the center. Such a great atmosphere. The hosts are really nice and will tell you everything you need about the region. The breakfast was amazing, the pancakes delicious. Absolutely fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Our family reunion was a huge success thanks to Louise creating a great atmosphere. We had drinks and canapes overloking the town and beautiful lake-all very relaxed. Breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit and cooked options and lots of good coffee. We walked to all our destinations as they are located 5 mins from town. After our big walk on the Routeburn Track we could wash & dry our gear on site. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff made our stay fantastic.

This Hotel located at the middle hill of Queenstown, easy walk to the city center while still has good view at the lake.

Every morning you will see beautiful lake from your window.

Stay at two bed rooms apartment, with large living room and pantry. Very statisfied with the facilities.

The hosts Louise and Rob made us feel welcome and comfortable. The special breakfast at Chrsitmas day was wonderful.

Room Tip: Choose room which has windows toward lake

It was wonderful to have your lovely family with us for Christmas. Indonesia is one of my favorite destinations and I have many great friends there, delighted you are now discovering the beauty and charm of New Zealand. Look forward to your winter visit. Best wishes for 2013 Louise

I have been travelling and living in B&Bs in diff parts of the world. The first time feel I was treated like a guest / friend rather than a tourist in a B&B. Feel the owners really love receiving the guests and tried to build a great atmosphere in happy hour time, or at breakfast. Rob seems to know everything and everyone about Queenstown and he gave good advices on where to eat, what to do, and where to visit. Room itself was good, enjoyed the little balcony. However, the TV was too small but, when you are in Queenstown, there is actually no need to watch TV, right? I will not forget the hospitality, the lovely special christmas breakfast and the small xmas gift from the owners to every guest!

My partner and I stayed here for a week and really appreciated the hospitality and thoughtfulness of our hosts, Rob and Louise. Having a good breakfast every morning was a great start to explore the local area. Rob's local knowledge and stories were helpful and entertaining and we certainly enjoyed the activities that were recommended. Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definately recommend Queenstown house to people considering it. Had the feel of a home and the privacy of a hotel, really close to town but far enough away to enjoy the peace and ambience of the area.

Room Tip: Book one with a view!
