This hotel is luxurious. The breakfast was fantastic, and my room was spacious and well-equipped with comfy, stylish furniture. The bed was soooooooo comfy. Great views. Hot tub garden. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Downsides: spotty wireless Internet service (I ended up using an Internet cafe in town), and a bit of a walk up the hill, which was a little icy.

Have just returned from St Moritz, this is my second visit and most enjoyable. It is in a great
Location 5 minute walk into town along the lake, but oh that hill when you walk back(especially
When you are dying with a cold)
Had a 1 bedroom apartment, had a pull out sofa in lounge so was plenty room for us, with our
Daughter and 6 yr old grandson. Full kitchen facilities, washer come dryer, and very well stocked
With supplies e.g. toiletries towels etc this was probably due to it also being an Accor Club property.
Restaurant, although we ate there only once was delicious food and price wise same as any restaurant
In Queenstown. Would definately recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay last june (8th-11th) at charming and nice St.Moritz Mercure Gallery, in Queenstown,NZ. All staff super-friendly and involved, specially Marina (brazilian at front-desk);wonderful bed and a magnificent view to the lake and the Remarkables, from my "A" class room ! Breakfast buffet so yummy; short walk to downtown (if you can call it, downtown)..Queenstown is so tiny and charming! And the up"hill" some people talked about here is a nice 5 minutes exercise! I hope will return soon to Queenstown and this very good Hotel of Accor's family ! Note: what about a free-wifi in the rooms...also wifi 30 minutes in the lounge was just reasonable... only complain I have.

Room tip: Room with a view!

Spacious room with an extremely comfy bed. Sadly the spa pools closed too early for us to experience them, perhaps just as well since there were no robes to wear anyway.
Apart from the long black hair in the shower and lack of soap, the standards seemed very high.
