Lovely big rooms with kitchen and plenty of seating, TV, DVD player. Very helpful staff with local knowledge on attractions and activities. Busy Restaurant as there was a conference in the Hotel yet waitress took time to check our curry heat preference. Underground parking, free local bus every half hour into town about 7 minute journey.

The hotel was a slight walk to town and in return for this, it was away from the quite busy and noisy main street.

We stayed twice at this hotel. The first time, they only had a room with the lake view, for one night. On our return trip, we stayed for two nights on the waterfall side. Both rooms were pretty good, however, if you have the choice, take the lake view so you can get the beautiful sunrise over the lake.

The room was clean, maybe a little on the small size. The room could have been a little cleaner (dirty marks on doors where hands had touched them).

Considering the atrocious parking offered at the Ridges and Peppers, the parking here was good, although, it was sometimes difficult to get a parking spot in the wing in which we were staying. Also, compared to the other bigger named hotels, this place was good value for money – at about ½ to ¾ the price.

The toiletries provided were great – locally made shampoo/conditioner/bath salts/cream.

There were no covered walkways between the accommodation and the reception / restaurant. However, there was a plentiful supply of umbrella’s to make the 20 metre dash to the main building. (Which was useful as it rained a lot of the time when we were there!).

Food was great at the restaurant and for room service. (The servings were quite large we could just order one meal and dessert to share, for the in room dining!).

Was a nice spot to stay in Queenstown, although there's so many nice places to stay where you would probably get a better view. Really nice pool area. Most staff were amazing except for one front desk staff member/manager.

We stayed in on eof the three bedroom apartments for a week with another couple and tow young kids and would highly recommend these apartments. We have stayed at the Heritage before in teh motel part and enjoyed it but teh apartments are very comfortbale and roomy
A great well set up kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher and good oven and hot plates allowed us to cook in when we needed to. We had teh mountain view but even this had good views to the lake and up the Remarkables with a nice lawn area out the front which the kids loved to play on.
Apartments were well serviced daily and had good washing machine and dryer - not one of the crappy combined machines.
Room for two cars- one garaged and one in the open. Good heating although no cooling available which could be an issue in summer perhaps but windows and balconies allow good air flow. Having swum in the pool in winetr I thoiught it was a bit cold for this time of the year so could turn the heating on a bit more
I would highly recommend thsi and when i am back in Queenstwon skiing will certainly stay here

A 2 minute car ride from the central shopping district of Queenstown finds you at this luxurious hotel overlooking the lake. As of the writing of this review, this hotel was #16 of all Queenstown hotels. If this is #16, and all ratings are true, I can only imagine what the top 15 are like.

We had the unfortunate experience of having a back pack stolen out of a tour providers' van and the hotel personnel were extremely accommodating in helping us call back to the states to cancel cards, etc.

You can't beat the view from these room. It is a little walk from town, 10 minutes, but we never minded as it is beautiful along the lake. Plus, if you want you can take the bus with free vouchers from hotel - very efficient. Beautifully decorated rooms, great buffet breakfast.

Queenstown is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel, which is a beautiful walk along the lake. The free bus service every half was wonderful! The hotel is very nice. We were lucky to get a partial lake view - so awesome. We would stay here again.
