My last visit to Lick was in August and i was so disappointed with the plain lack of customer service. My partner and i were second in line after a group of four. The Four ended up walking out as the girl behind the counter hadn't even looked up at them. My partner and i moved to the front of the line and gave it another 5 minutes. We got the same treatment. not even a " hello i will be with you soon" and the place wasnt even busy, there were only two other customers seated inside, so a grand total of 4 customers and still nothing.So we left and went to Patagonia instead. The only reason i didn't give this a "terrible" review is because i know the product is really great. pity about the service.
