It was a busy Friday night in Queenstown and everywhere seemed fully booked, including Bella Cucina, however the maître d was really efficient and suggested that we pop across the road for a drink and come back in half an hour, by when she'd have a table for us. I'm glad we waited! The restaurant has a cozy feel to it and the kitchen is open-plan, so you can watch your food being freshly prepared, which I enjoy. The menu feels more varied and Italian than Queenstown's other Italian restaurant. The little dough balls are a divine starter and the pasta and pizzas as very tasty. My friend had the tiramisu for dessert and we agreed that it was definitely something to share. All in all Bella Cucina makes for a great meal out.
