went to rhinos fist time to have a pizza, and when we got there waiter didnt care, we ask about pizza and they said we arent serving pizza anymore, and that was 7pm.
fell really disappointed with that

Hi there Juninho-NZ,
Sorry to hear you were disappointed by the lack of pizza, but unfortunately we have not served pizzas for over 3x years now. Not sure where you saw that we served pizzas, as they haven't been available outside of private events for years. Our bar/restaurant has evolved a lot over the last 4x years and are currently more of a late-night destination. Sorry you caught us during this transition! We hope you can come back and see what our busy late-night fun is all about.
Cheers,
The Rhino's Ski Shack Crew
We were told about this place by a mate. Worth the stop in. It's a great little place small but lots of charm. 5 buck beers

$5 handles of Rhino beer are great value. This Cosy basement bar is great for pre or post dinner drinks. TV screens playing skiing and boarding videos on a loop creates a great vibe as well as a game of Jenga

Great vibes and great times in this bar. Made sure I visited here every night I went out in Queenstown. Great drinks and music and the place is always pumping. Definitely one of the best bars in Queenstown!

I came here for the first time recently, not long after entering, a drunk girl on someone's shoulders dropped a glass onto my face causing my front tooth the break. I was understandably distressed by this and when my friend went to find the manager he just looked at me and walked off. Then the bouncer made us leave the premises. Not only did they not make any attempt to ask the girl to leave they showed absolutely no compassion whatsoever to me.

The night itself was decent but unfortunately some very drunk girl was on someone's shoulders and dropped a glass on my friends face, which resulted in her chipping her front teeth. Rhinos dealt with this extremely bad, I went and got the manager who came out looked at us and walked away, he didn't ask if we were ok, if we needed any help or even offered a glass of water. My friend was understandably crying, and the security guard came over and made us leave as we were 'in the fire exit' they were extremely rude, not to mention they didn't stop someone having a shoulder ride in a very packed club. Wouldn't recommend this place
