Just outside the town, these gardens offer both tranquility and active options, such as disc golf. At the entry to the gardens there is a great kids' playground. Well worth a wee pre-dinner stroll!

Went for a stroll around Queenstown Gardens as I was down visiting the area to see the autumn colours. It was out of this world. Went early round 8.30am on a stunning autumn day. The pictures say it all. Not a huge place but with the light shining through the trees the vistas were magical.

Established gardens and so lovely to walk around any time of the year ...but now Autumn is my new favourite!

A wonderful relaxing walk around the beautiful gardens, only 5 minutes walk from downtown Queenstown on a peninsula. full of native plants and exotics, roses, and wonderful sculptures by local artists. The memorial to 3 deceased Queenstown mountaineers was quite moving. The sculptures were beautiful and looked great in the garden setting, the diving dog sculpture was so funny with its goofy look on its face, well worth a visit with great views across the lake

An easy walk around the gardens. It can get very windy and cold in exposed areas. There is also a Disc golf course.
