The gardens are so easy to access from city. When staying in one of the hotels a walk around the point is a great start to the day. Gardens themselves are beautiful. Love the dog sculpture - captures every dogs #bestdayever

It is a Botanical Garden which consists of a variety of exotic and native trees and plants with a large pond. Lovely rose garden and perfect for photography.

Had never even heard of frisbee golf before this visit but what a fun activity for teenagers and adults alike. Great way to make your way around the gardens and enjoy the views whilst perfecting your frisbee throw.

Queenstown gardens are just lovely. I felt like I was in Stanley Park, Vancouver again walking through the trees by the lake. I've been to the gardens a number of times and they never disappoint. A great time to go if you really like flowers is late winter early spring when the rhodos etc are out.
