This beautiful garden provided a sanctuary to walk, feel the peace and enjoy getting away from the bustle of the lakeside tourist area.

This is a relatively small garden but tree lovers will enjoy the huge Monkey Puzzle trees, Enormous sequoias and other trees which all have labels to tell you what they are. The rose beds were lovely and the Frisbee Golf course is a novelty.

So peaceful after the busy vibe of the town. You can walk, sit and watch the world go by, totally chill out and the gardens are beautiful

Great way to take in beautiful views of the lake and sweet smelling roses. Easy paths to walk throughout. Definitely worth a stroll around

It was refreshing to discover the gardens and walk round the edge of the lake on a warm day. Well formed path and great view of boat antics in the bay. We returned via a different path through the middle of the gardens and discovered tennis courts, bowls, duck pond, statues. Plenty of huge trees to shelter from the sun.
