“Very enjoyable.”
Reviewed April 10, 2014

This was a wonderful day, wine tasting at 4 vineyards in New Zealand'd Otaga area, with David as our guide.
The day was perfect, the other people on the tour were friendly, and actually, the wine from all the vineyards was rather delicious.
David was very knowledge about the area, and the individual vineyards. We had a delicious lunch at one of the vineyards and really enjoyed the day.
Highly recommended.

“Great intro to Central Otago wines”
Reviewed April 5, 2014

We did a half-day tour with lunch (antipasto plates at Carrick Winery) on our first full day in New Zealand. It was a great way to get introduced to New Zealand wineries and learn a bit about the area, while seeing some great scenery along the way - including the first bungee jumping location, and the river where some LOTR scenes were filmed. We had a small group and a fun, energetic guide; it was nice to sit back and not have to worry about driving or finding our destinations and just enjoy the wine. The pinot noir from this region is excellent!

“Happy Hour(s)”
Reviewed April 1, 2014

Our first wine tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. Guide Penny was friendly, chirpy and knowledgeable. Each of the four wineries had different aspects to recommend them and helpful staff. Wine selections were excellent as was lunch at Carrick. Especially enjoyed Mt Rosa where Guy was a breath of fresh air! Would definitely recommend.

“Educational and Fun”
Reviewed March 24, 2014

We did the boutique tour with Stef. She was a joy to spend the day with and an expert in all areas of grape growing and wine production. She was witty, informative and the afternoon flowed beautifully. We visited 4 wineries and tasted 4 or 5 wines at each site. There was a wide selection between the wineries. One was a small producer, one was organic, one was large producer and my favorite was in a sheep shearing shed. The tour is scenic and lunch was superb.

“Nice wine and excellent tour guide”
Reviewed March 23, 2014

This was the first wine tour we have taken where the guide was so actively involved. Frequently, all they do is drive. Richard' s expertise added so much to the day. We took the half day tour with lunch included. We visited four wineries ranging from very large to tiny. The lunch at Carrick was very good and we particularly liked the Carrick and Domain Road Pinot Noirs. The weather was very poor and it was nice to have a Queenstown activity that wasn't dependent on the outdoor weather.
