We came across this joint at the Octagon in the city, just across the streets from the watering holes. It looked quiet but having read mixed reviews about it, decided to give it a go over the noisy drinking places and we are really happy with it. The service is friendly, attentive and helpful and the food was very good. The lamb was perfectly cooked, the angus beef in the pie was succulent and tasty and the salmon was delicious. The banana brûlée one of us had topped it all off really well. If we were staying longer in Dunedin we would definitely come back in a hurry.
