“Nice walk”
Reviewed May 4, 2013

It was a rainy day so we had to keep dodging the showers. The gardens walks were lovely to have a nice stroll. We would have liked to have had a morning coffee but there was a coach party in who were being entertained with a piper, haggis ceremony etc.

“Beautiful spot”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

This is a well-signposted but very quiet place. Its a true woodland garden and reminds me of similar in England. Lots of well-laid out paths througgh the woodland, with a few cottages of pottery and craft etc dotted about. They also have some impressive looking cafe and restaurant buildings, which sadly were closed when we were there on a weekday around the Easter long weekend. There is an honesty box for admission Very low price) and it is well worth a visit. I only wish the cafe was open.

“A has been facility”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

Nothing special about this place. A run down facility that could do with some TLC and refurbishment. Fine for a stroll around but not worth the suggested donation fee.

“Lovely spot!”
Reviewed November 16, 2012

This is a beautiful garden. There are wonderful shady areas and lots of examples of naturalistic planting. The gallery and gift shop are well-stocked. The pottery shed is wonderful. And, the cafe had some very tasty treats.

“Spring beauty”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

Glenfalloch's at its best in Spring, as all the rhododendrons are out now, plus blossom and Spring flowers. It's a great spot to stroll or picnic in, and has its own cafe too. Worth checking out the Potters Cottage at the top of the garden. A good spot for both adults and children. Wonderful on a sunny day. Clean public toilets. Unfortunately there's now a fee to visit.
