We went there in July, it was freezing. The cottage does not have double glazing and the front sliding door is half glass, half aluminium or some sort of steel which acts like a fridge. The heatpump (air-conditioner that blows hot air) just could not cope. The cottage was spacious and well located. The sofa bed in the lounge cannot be recommended for adults as the metal bar under the thin mattress cuts across your back.
Heaps of board games which kept the kids happy.
Fully functioning kitchen - for laundry you'll have to use the hosts' facilities in the house just next door.
The view over the steep hill at the back is spectacular, but don't take small kids (under 6) up there as it is very steep UP and very steep DOWN to the cliff with only a wire fence that seems to lean over the cliff ...
If you are a couple, with no kids, staying in warm weather - it is a great spot. For more than 2 people or in cold weather - choose somewhere else.
