It’s a great memorial of those fallen soldiers from the wars and all of the fallen serving, I’m glad it was able to be saved after the quake.
Central to the city on the CBD beside the river Avon?

It's a cool landmark. The park around it is pretty. Easy walking distance from the hotel. 100 word minimum.

This memorial located by the river is a lovely area to hangout and commemorate those who lost their lives in the world war. Nice walk along the river from here with cafes and shops to spend a lovely afternoon. Would recommend when visiting Christchurch.

Bridge of Remembrance is a wonderful dedication to those soldiers who passed away in World War I. It is a stone bridge with a sculpted triumphal memorial arch. Certainly worth a photo stop.

Passed by the site while walking around. It's a really beautiful place and full of story. Also a good spot for a photo shot.
