You've got to admire the spirit of operators whose premises were destroyed but who pick up the pieces and start afresh. Even though in this case the restaurant is a house bus and the diners are seated under shade sails.
It was funky, jolly and friendly and while maybe not the best ever hamburgers, they were tasty, well priced and served with a smile. I'd highly recommend a visit here, more so on a warm, dry evening though.
