“Quirky decor, good coffee & tasty food”
Reviewed August 31, 2013

Stopped in for a snack and coffee and was impressed with this busy cafe in Addington.

We had food from the cabinet which was tasty. Coffee was good too.

Comfy sofas, nice ambience.

This is a great place to go to if you can get in. Plenty of seating inside and out and great food. Well worth making the effort to go to

“What a treat!!”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

We called in here for breakfast after a long morning flying down from Wellington.
Having been up since 6am and not eaten - by 10am we were starving. Dale at Arena Motel had recommended the co-op and we weren't disappointed.
All of us ordered the breakfast which, apart from a slighty dry rosti, was delicious. We also shared a date scone whilst we waited which was amazing.
The decor and the little quirks of the place make it fun and interesting. We were quite fascinated by what looked like smoothies coming out in old fashioned glass milk bottles.
Loved it - and would definately recommend it!!

“Good coffee”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

We go here every week and love the atmosphere, coffee and the food.
It's very busy but be patient and a seat will come available.
A querky little thing they do is to give you the flag of a country to take to your table instead of a table number. We have learnt the flags of so many countries.
