I spent a week in the Rydges Wellington recently for work. As you would expect from the Rydges chain the accomadation was excellent. The new Portlander restaurant is, however, in another class. The service and menu selection is first class, and the signature Sirloin on the Bone is absolutley sensational. I would like to Congratulate Simon (GM) and Kit ( Executive Chef) on what they have acheived in the restaurant.
