Went there on 3 different occasions. Food ordered for all 3 occasions were,
Braised Beef Brisket on Home Made Crispy Corn Tortilla; Chips with Guacamole and Salsa, Chips with Cheese, Prawn Ceviche
Crispy pork belly with guacamole and refried beans purée. Braised Beef Brisket. Slow cooked Lamb's Breasts and Slow Roasted Pork Hock with an apple and fennel salad.
Food was rich and heavy. Very good for a big eater like myself. For the Braised Beef Brisket Main, I only hope to have more fat on it because it was a little dry for my liking and more fat on that meat would add juiciness and flavour to the meat as well.
For the Pork Hock, if only there were more apple and fennel salad to cut through the richness of the dish, would have made it perfect.
Everything else was awesome!
