Very friendly welcome and help to get the right table at the right time on a busy Sunday evening.
Great service by our tall, elegant waitress who guided us through probably one of the most interesting menus on our 4 week vacation in New Zealand.
Both had roast fish after a prawn starter and 'fraid to say indulged a bit with the puds! Had Crepe Catalonia and herself had great sorbets and ice cream. Excellent wine list and we enjoyed the Trinity Hill Syrah from Otago.
Fun started when the winners of the a Telegraph Cup (horse race) arrived with the cup, jockey, trainers etc from the meeting at Tretham.
Altogether a pretty fun evening with great food and service. Worth searching out.
