This place is very casual with wooden tables and chairs that is sort of communal ie you share with others and paper mats that the servers write your order on. The food is good although nothing to be too excited about. This isn't a traditional Japanese restaurant but as other reviews have stated more asian fusion. This place is always packed on peak times so either go early or late. The timings of orders can be a bit touch n go ie the food comes out as they are ready and not all in one go so if you're in a group one can be finished with a main while someone else is still waiting. Hence if you are fussy or on your first date or wanting to talk business or something intimate then not the place to go to. All in all it is worth a try for a casual time out.
