When you have a great selection of top quality food customers pour through the door – this is the case at Grindz Cafe. An extensive blackboard all day menu plus great cabinet food, makes this a most popular city cafe.
The service is slick, prompt and polite, with all the staff wearing a range of tops and all with the Grindz cafe logo – casual but professional.
Our bill for a smoked chicken wrap with salad; a half serving of noodle salad; orange juice and coffee came to $29.00. All very tasty and very good coffee.
The cafe has a range of places both inside and outside for clients and an extensive kids' playroom – children are well catered for so it is a popular spot for trendy mums!
So if the food, service and atmosphere are so great then is there anything wrong with Grindz Cafe? The toilet is an absolute shocker with a multi cracked hand basin (don’t ask me what was holding it together!) faulty taps and a generally scruffy appearance. A pity as Grindz has all the makings of a great cafe.
