Went down for a day of kayaking as part of a Stag do, was a great way to enjoy the water and the BoP
definitely recommend checking these guys out, had no hassles and a really fun day.

The guides we had were great, got along with us really well and kept up with our joking and nonsense!

Myself and my partner went on tour on the evening of the 10th April and loved every minute! Very personal service especially as we were both novices......Dan you are a very patient man! Would def go again. Oh and we realised our tour had been put forward an hour only after trip....sorry! you very kindly waited and did not mention!

We went to the North Island just after Christmas of 2012 and into the New Year.

I was particularly excited about visiting Hobbiton and then Weta Cave in North Island, closely followed by an overall enthusiasm about the great food we were going to feast on!

We booked the Glow Worm Kayak trip almost on a whim as it sounded so unusual and the sort of thing one only does when on holidays, and as it turned out all 4 of us agreed it was the best part of the trip. (Don't tell Peter Jackson!)

We started in a light rain (if you wear glasses, don't forget to take a cap) however this cleared minutes into our paddling and we headed off to the Canyon. The paddling was quite easy going, in fact the only challenge relates to how well your partner and you communicate rather than any worries about the effort required.

Our 2 guides were awesome and took loads of photos that were loaded up into their facebook page within days, no extra cost or drama, just simple, lovely, enthusiastic service.

They clearly love what they do and want to share that with other people - it worked with us, we have started looking into kayaking trips we can do back home in Sydney.

I would rate this as a MUST do if you are in the area - we drove in from Rotorua to do it which was no problem.
