If you like your food imported from factories on the other side of the world then this is your place. I went based on the reviews on this site and I'm disappointed that it has received such rave reviews. My almond croissant was very lacking it should have been buttery and full of almond, what I got was a very compromised imitation. I'd rather support a baker that gets up early and makes their food with good butter and traditional techniques. Don't tell me this place is authentic.

Great coffee, great croissants, attractive French staff (men and women). Reminded me of a cafe we went to in Reims

Had a really good coffee and pastries here and sat outside in the beautiful sunshine and enjoyed the experience. They also have a really good collection of produce to purchase.

Can highly recomend this cafe. You get a darling baby croissant with your coffee and do try the Cannelles, they are heaven. If you are looking for your typical kiwi style BIG breakfast go elsewhere but everything here is deliciously prepared with a French slant with lots of variety. The coffee is good. Also the orientation of the outdoor seating makes it great for sitting in the sun. Has a playground for children.
