Before I forget where I am and what I had I must tell you about my night so far. Risotto with pear, and blue cheese and Jerusalem artichokes might seem simple to some but for me it sounded more like a dessert than a starter. I teased my palate with this strange combination and asked the maitre d for his wine recommendation. His Choice turned a great meal into an adventure that will not be forgotten.
