“good breakfast and coffee”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 6, 2014

I often meet others here due to its location and recommend the cafe if someone is looking for a good place to do the same - Ive had a few short business meetings and even conducted some interviews for a position we advertised from here as its a good atmosphere with good staff. I usually dine here during the morning for the breakfasts, and I always order the same breakfast as its a good value meal to start the day, the quality of the food and consistency is excellent. Not forgetting the coffee - they make a good brew as they use ozone beans which are always nice wherever you get them from and roasted locally so its hard to disappoint! Only downside is the cafe is quite small, so anything larger than a group of about 4 people could be difficult for them to accommodate space wise.

“Nice friendly cafe”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 5, 2014

Nice food. Friendky staff. Of course there is the coffee. A cosy place - but not good for crowds or if you want a quiet moment or a conversation. But hey - this is a cafe - and a good one. Well done

“Brunch yum”

This is a busy little café, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast salad, very filling and my partner had the bagels and did enjoy. Coffee was great

“Worth the wait?”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 31, 2014 via mobile

The lowing rating is sad really because the food and the coffee is lovely. But the service is painfully slow. I've seen people walk out on more than one occasion after sitting for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff at all and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. As I write this, one couple who sat down before me 30 minutes ago just walked having not even been asked for ask much as a drink and my menu just arrived. If you manage to order the food comes out quickly and is lovely. IF YOU GET TO ORDER.

Either the floor staff need training or they shouldn't offer table service.

If you're on any sort of time limit walk on by. If you've got time to kill, the food and coffee are ok. Just a shame the service lets it down.
