“Cheap and fantastic”
Reviewed November 17, 2011

Food was Turkish/Greek/Mediterranean style. Plenty of it and very flavourful. We shared a sundried tomato and feta bread cooked in the pizza oven to start. Plenty for two at $7. Our mains were $20 each and huge servings and a bottle of house wine was just $28 or $7 a glass.
This restaurant is on the shady side of the lake end of Tutaneiki Street (known as Eat Street) at dinner time but on a warm night that is probably best. On a cooler night inside is pleasantly decorated.
Would definitely eat here again. Yum

“great outdoor restaurant”
Reviewed September 1, 2011

this place is another of the many restaurants on eat street in rotorua, but is decidely better than many. on a nice day, sitting in street side patio is a lovely experience. the menu is standard mediterranean cuise, but was reasonable priced, quite tasty and well presented. the service was polite and efficient. will be having lunch there again in the very near future.

“The worst meal ever!”
Reviewed May 21, 2011

We were served a spanokapita that had uncooked soggy filo pastry. We sent it back. The pizza we had was also decidedly average. The manager was rude and aggressive when the credit card did not work in his machine - despite us having had no problems with it previously.Even his staff were indicating he was out of order behind his back. A dreadful evening.

What a great place! we were very well attended to by polite members of staff, the food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. I throughly recommend this restaurant. The prices were good too.
