Bring my uncle and aunt (from Hong Kong) to this attraction and they all pleased and thumb up for the quality of NZ attraction. Keep the good work guys!

Just a sensational place. If you're thinking about this or Waimangu Volcanic Valley, then I don't think you'll be disappointed with either. Lady Knox geyser (yes the eruption is manipulated but it's essentially the same as a natural eruption) erupts daily at 10.15am.

Champagne pool is amazing and it's a nice little walk.

A little ways out of Rotorua but well worth the drive. The walks are well laid out and easy to follow. Lots of hot pools, streams, and even a geyser. Nice gift shop and cafe as well.

Really interesting geological area as a whole. There are loads of options for seeing the thermal activity, we chose this one and it was good. Quite a good range of features and a good walk around the park with information provided.

this has to be a must for everyone visiting NZ..the natural thermals gushing out from deep volcanic eruptions beneath your feet is nature at its most powerful and gives one a feeling of wonder.. the smells and showering water droplets are something you might need to get used to so bring a umbrella if you venture near them..
we were fortunate to have a Maori Guide whose knowledge and sense of humour was second to none...a very pleasant day out for all
