“Returned just to do the Luge a second time”
Reviewed July 11, 2013 via mobile

Got 10% off a family pass from our hotel so look out for vouchers. Nice view from the gondola, go mid afternoon and get the night view on the way back down. Got photo mugged on way in and kids couldn't understand that if we don't buy for 30 dollars it just goes in the bin, they will probably end up as Eco warriors, bit of a waste.

Two off the kids did the swing, fun but twice the price of best Agroventures deal.

Luge is great with 3 different runs. Buy family rides to share. They do 8 rides for $49 but this isn't advertised. Only downside was on second visit our 5 year old wasn't allowed to go by herself, after a full afternoon a couple of days ago! Shame, very upset girl.

Skyvue video showing was OK. Jelly bean tasting of Peach/Vomit was fun for a dollar, lucky/unlucky dip!

“Great views but expensive.”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

Went with 3 teenagers who enjoyed the luge. Great views on a clear day jelly bean shop was a bit pointless. Good range of food in the cafe but overall this was quite an expensive attraction.

“Great Views Fun Luge”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

We went up the gondola and did 3 luge rides. They are pretty fast. Food at the top is okay. It's worth doing but the luge lines get a bit long. It's a bit expensive but we didn't do any of the other attractions at the top of the mountain.

“Luge & Gondola”
Reviewed July 8, 2013

We were traveling with kids and I think the Luge was a real hit! Our entire group of 8 people ranging in age from 7 - 73 took to the Luge and I think we all enjoyed it but the 9, 11 & 25 year olds got the most of it. My 7 year old was a bit young to appreciate the speed without being scared. I live in Colorado, and have been on many Gondolas as well as down many Alpine slides I found the experience to be quite similar. It was, a great way to look out on Rotorua and get the big picture of that area and we also found the cafe at the top to be surprisingly good!

“Mid aged thrill seekers!”
Reviewed July 7, 2013

Did the bungy swing, most terrified I can ever remember, had to pull the cord to drop, almost couldn't do it, a must do along with the Luge and the Wine bar to finish!
