The evening began with an introduction to who the Maoris are...we were then divided into groups that split up and went into different and interesting activities/experiences of life in a Maori village. We would go from one activity to the next...it was well organized, interesting, informative and fun. After these experiences, we went into a theater where we were presented with dance and music...it was capped off with a Maori ritual called a Haka. What an experience. Then we went into the dinning hall where we ate dinner....excellent food.
