“Free! Very Peaceful Hikes! I thought Giant Redwoods were only in California.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2013

We only had about 1 hour to visit and it did not disappoint. Visitor center with restrooms, lots of walking/hiking trails. We walked the 30 minute trail and were able to see LOTS of giant redwoods similar to what we have seen in California.

“Great tracks for kids”

Went biking with kids 6-10. BMX track great, tracks through woods great. All well signposted and well maintained. Cafe very busy and poorly staffed (however they were very friendly).

“A trip down memory lane”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2013

I first visited the Redwood Grove in 1967 with my family. Then from 1972 for 25 years I worked next door, so I visited often.
Great to revisit.
