We stayed at McHardy Lodge during an extensive driving trip through New Zealand. The old house was wonderfully restored & the rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast would almost get you to an early dinner in a lovely setting overlooking the bay. Our host Yvonne was very helpful & very accommodating to some personal needs. Lovely, restful spot after a day of touring.
