“Worth the visit...”
Reviewed February 11, 2013

We easily found the Napier Farmers Market, as it was within walking distance of our central city accommodation.
Fresh coffee, plenty of breakfast choices, beautiful fresh local produce.
This region has a enormous array of produce on offer, stone fruit, olive oil, cheese, heirloom vegetables, smoked goods, plenty of organic specialties, cheese, wine, flowers, meats, small goods, baked goods, smoked paprika...list just goes on and on....

“YUM YUM YUM”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

The perfect start to a Saturday. Grab a great fresh organic coffee followed with a Berry Best Bacon on ciabatta sandwich. then if you're a cheese addict like me I recommend Hohepa Cheeses (Cumin seed & tasty) The Smoke Hut (smoked cheese) and Origin Earth (Cow Feta). Then grab the best seedlings for your garden, lots of heirloom varieties. Of course there's the fruit wine and vegies you'd expect.

“Delights and Deco”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

This beautiful city is a must see for any visitor to NZ. It is off the main tourist routes but very worthwhile adding it onto your journey. The Art Deco building are beautifully presented. The Saturday Farmer's Market is a great place to enjoy a couple of hours and buy fresh local produce. The prices are good, especially the wine. The whole place is clean and tidy and the locals are friendly.
