We wandered into this cafe on a Monday, usually by passing it as it never used to be open then but yaya now it is and what a delight. Hugely spacious to the point that it can feel a bit cold so wear warm clothes. Food and service delicious as are all the staff. This awesome visual delight offers a quirky atmosphere which is so great to see in the barely hidden uptightness of Napier. There is an ongoing exhibition space for local and international talent as well as a more intimate dining area but the tables are generall such that you mix and mingle with other diners if it is busy. So Sydney. The portions are huge and the sweet treats to die for. If you are dining alone there are interesting books and mags on every table along with olden day puzzles and games for when your dining with your long suffering shopping weary husband. All in all loads of fun could be had here if you chill.
