This has to be one of the best dinners I've had in some time. They absolutely deserve their high ranking in Napier. Of particular note was my monkfish served with slightly smoked bluff oysters. My mouth waters at the memory of it. My partners slow cooked lamb was right up there too. The service team were fab despite being really busy. Can't wait to return for more culinary Devine treats.

Fantastic food with excellent service. We all chose different entrees and main courses and none disappointed. Our choice of a local wine and beer were also spot on. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Napier.

We had travelled over from UK via Malaysia for my sisters wedding. Being tired we asked the receptionist at our hotel for a good restaurant.
Little did we know that after a truly memorable meal with a locally produced wine we would be booking again for a revisit before we continued our tour of NZ.
We have dined in some rather special restaurants all over the world but this one topped them all on the first visit.
The service was first class, prices are excellent value, very nice to see the local producers being used too.
Thank you once again.
Steve and Geraldine Thomas.

A very attractive restaurant situated in a row of six pretty little houses which survived the 1931 earthquake. Excellent food and wine, very reasonable. Would definitely go back.

We were not disappointed with our choice of Mint for our last meal in NZ. Our main course of beef fillet with an en croute accompaniment was excellent. The wine list was wide-ranging and our choice of a Hawkes Bay merlot/cabernet smooth and well-rounded. But the desserts were spectacular. Try the vanilla brulee with baked alaska or the exquisite mandarin shell. Out of this world. This is a place which would prosper in any big city. Service was charming and efficient and the price very low for what you got.
